One more paper to go...hehhe!!!

Hey ppl....I know it has been awhile since my last entry. Well, I wasn't in the mood to blog and also my exams were coming so I had to do my revision. Neways, I went back to Mlk during study week which was one week and came back a day before my exam started. The first week of exam was kinda distressing... three papers in a row starting for the very first day of all exams started. One core subject paper (Plant Physiology), an elective (Plant Pathology) & the third day was French. It shouldn't be really stress on the third day since it was juz a language paper but still I only had one night's preparation for it so I did have some jitters...That day when I took the French paper...well it was kinda weird abit...Why weird? The front page of the exam paper stated there is 3 sections to answer. Section A and Section B carries 70 marks as it tested on Grammar and Vocabulary while Section C carries 30 marks which is for essay. However, the whole paper ONLY had Section A and Section B; NO Section C. Imagine how bewildered I was to learnt that there was no Section C when in fact the French teacher in class had said there will be 3 sections consisting of grammar, vocabulary and an essay (exam tips). I asked the invigilator bout it and she said all the papers are like that and she knows nothing more. ( She's not the French teacher and the French teacher was unavailable ) So, I went on to do all the section A and B questions. After finishing those two sections, I pondered on whether to juz write a simple essay on the blank paper which was rough paper for drafting essay or etc. In the end I went on with penning down some simple facts abt myself. I was the last person to leave the language lab, but there were still other students outside the lab who had finished their paper earlier. I asked them whether they did anything bout the Section C and they said no. Just the questions in the paper. Well, since the paper was over, I juz din think bout it anymore. I went on to revise for another core subject paper (Plant Taxonomy) which was a killer paper. After coming out from the exam hall, I realised that I did a question wrongly and the marks juz fly like that...ish..Damn geram ler...the answers for the other questions weren't really convincing so I had banked on scoring for the question which I had answering wrongly...now the marks gone liao...waaaa...sigh. (what to do....over liao) No use crying over spilled milk....hmmmph! So far I have finished 5 papers with the 5th one yesterday afternoon. It was English. Bet you guys think...aiya English kacang lar..no problem... I would have agreed with had it been normal english but the english paper I took was Medical and Scientific English. It was no kacang paper I tell you. It wasn't very difficult but it was kinda tricky. It has two sections which consists of comprehension and an essay. The comprehension part has vocabulary, objective & subjective questions and a flow chart bout the text. You have to decipher whatever hidden meaning in the text before you are able to answer the questions. It took me an hour & 10 mins to finished the comprehension part which left another 50 mins to write the essay. The essay questions was opinion based which sounds like this Advancement in Science and Technology have found cures to many illnesses. "However, in many countries of the world today, the greater sicknesses than of those are loneliness, lack of love and spiritual poverty," quoted Mother Theresa. Do you agree or disagree with Mother Theresa? Express your views in not more than 350 words. Well, the essay was kinda thought-provoking in my opinion. I wrote alot of things on it. Hopefully it wasn't out of the point...hahhaa... Neways, dun care lar...I left another paper to go which is my minor, Accounts and it is all objectives. So, if dunno the answers also can tikan tikam..kekkee... After this paper, I'm going back to Mlk for a few days and do some catching up with u guys and other friends as well as spending time with my loved ones. Then, have to come back to Penang to do my two-months Industrial Training. Not much of a holiday but then after the training finish I still got one week of hols before the next semester starts..hehhe...! That's it for now...Laters....=) Aurevoir!
